There are some tips for staying healthy. First, you should eat more fruit and vegetables, and also have regular three meals every day. Don’t smoke and drink, or they will hurt your lungs and liver, and you may get cancers. And also don’t eat too much junk food and fast food which are usually fried in oil or fat. And drinking water is also an important thing for your health. Then you should have enough sleep every day, don’t stay up frequently. If you don’t have enough sleep, you will not have power next day. Having a good mood every day is also very important for staying healthy. In the end, you should have a regular exercise every week. You should exercise three days in a week at least. For a long time, you will have a strong body, and you also will have good health. If you want to stay healthy, you should follow all of the tips.
